原理說明：

        由于固體表面上存在著未平衡和未飽和的分子引力或化學鍵力，因此當此固體表面與氣體時，就能吸引氣體分子，使其濃聚并保持在固體表面，此現(xiàn)象稱為吸附。利用固體表面的吸附能力，使廢氣與大表面的多孔性固體相，廢氣中的污染物被吸附在固體表面上，使其與氣體混合物分離，達到凈化目的。廢氣經空氣過濾器除去微小懸浮顆粒后，吸附塔內部，經過活性碳吸附后，除去有害成分，符合排放的凈化氣體，經風機室外。

光氧廢氣凈化器的產品特點：

1、除惡臭：能去除揮發(fā)性有機物（VOC）、無機物、、氨氣、硫醇類等主要污染物，以及各種惡臭味，脫臭效率高可達99%以上，脫臭效果大大超過1993年頒布的惡臭污染物排放（GB14554-93）．

2、無需添加任何：只需要設置相應的排風管道和排風動力，使惡臭氣體通過本設備進行脫臭分解凈化，無需添加任何參與化學反應。

3、適應性強：可適應高濃度，大氣量，不同惡臭氣體的脫臭凈化處理，可每天24小時連續(xù)工作，運行可靠。

光氧廢氣凈化器利用高能高臭氧UV紫外線光束分解空氣中的氧分子產生游離氧，即活性氧，因游離氧所攜正負電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結合，進而產生臭氧。

有足夠的能量來產生基，引發(fā)一系列復雜的物理、化學反應。由臭氧發(fā)生器作用引起的氣體有機物化學反應是在氣相中進行的電離、離解、激發(fā)、原子，分子間的相互結合及加成反應。這個能量足以使大多數(shù)氣態(tài)有機物中的化學鍵發(fā)生斷裂，從而使其降解。

從凈化空氣效率考慮，我們選擇了-C波段紫外線和臭氧發(fā)生器結合電暈電流較高化裝置采用脈沖電暈放吸附技術相結合的原理對有害氣體進行，其中-C波段紫外線主要用來去除、氨、苯、甲苯、、甲醛、、尿烷、樹脂、等氣體及。
