應(yīng)根據(jù)電池是新電池或未老化的電池的放電周期來(lái)選擇電源緩沖時(shí)間,緩沖時(shí)間是在不低于 +25 °C 的電池溫度下完全充電的電磁模塊直至 DC UPS 關(guān)閉的時(shí)間。
電池老化會(huì)將電池壽命結(jié)束之前仍然可用的電池容量縮短到通常為新電池的原始容量值(1.2 Ah/3.2 Ah/7 Ah 等)的 50%,且內(nèi)部電阻會(huì)增加。當(dāng)在電池使用壽命結(jié)束時(shí)顯示消息“電池電量 > 85%”(Battery charge > 85%) 時(shí),可用電池容量?jī)H為原始容量的大約 43% (50% x 85%)。
在電池 溫度低于 +25 °C 時(shí),可用容量會(huì)在 +5 °C 電池溫度下另外下降約 30%,下降至大約剩余容量 43% 的大約 70%。此時(shí)容量?jī)H為原始容量的大約 30%。
因此,在對(duì)裝置進(jìn)行組態(tài)時(shí),必須選擇明顯更高的電池容量:可通過(guò)選擇 1/(約 0.5)(大約等于電池容量的兩倍)來(lái)補(bǔ)償大約 50% 的容量下降(根據(jù)相關(guān)負(fù)載電流和相關(guān)緩沖時(shí)間的表)?赏ㄟ^(guò)選擇 1/(約 0.43)(大約等于電池容量的 2.33 倍)來(lái)補(bǔ)償大約 43% 的可用容量?赏ㄟ^(guò)選擇 1/(約 0.3)(大約等于電池容量的 3.33 倍)來(lái)補(bǔ)償大約 30% 的可用容量。
建議:
建議電池在達(dá)到電池預(yù)期使用壽命的一半時(shí)(容量降低至大約 50%)定期更換電池,而不是安裝雙倍電池容量,原因是,在達(dá)到電池預(yù)期壽命的一半(或略微超過(guò)一半)之前,容量不會(huì)下降到 100% 以下。通過(guò)在此點(diǎn)之后定期更換電池,由于老化,只能安裝單倍電池容量(而不是雙倍容量)(在電池模塊成本方面,高于中間價(jià)格,但僅需要一半空間)。
若使用壽命過(guò)半之后更換電池,可不必考慮電池使用結(jié)束時(shí)較大的分散剩余容量范圍,這一范圍未由電池廠商精確確定(全部時(shí)間之后,很多電池會(huì)高于平均 50% 剩余容量,但很多電池會(huì)低于 50%,也就是說(shuō),即使安裝雙倍容量,使用壽命結(jié)束時(shí)老化的影響也不會(huì)可靠得到補(bǔ)償,而只是獲得一般程度的補(bǔ)償)-> 若在超過(guò)預(yù)期使用壽命一半時(shí)更換,就會(huì)以很高的可靠性保持所設(shè)定的緩沖時(shí)間。
對(duì)于在較低溫度(不高于 +25 °C)下儲(chǔ)存且儲(chǔ)存時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)于大約 4 個(gè)月的電池,可假定有以下使用壽命,其在很大程度上取決于電池溫度。
