用途：

   安裝在各種交通道路、輔道、小區(qū)道路、 庭院、 礦區(qū)及不易拉電的場所、公園照明、停車場等為夜晚提供道 路照明，太陽板給蓄電池充電以滿足照明。

構(gòu)成：

   由一體燈（內(nèi)置：高效光伏組件、大容量鋰電池、微電腦MPPT智能控制器、高亮度LED光源）、燈桿兩部份 組成。

原理：

   白天在陽光下太陽能電池板產(chǎn)生電源，通過控制功能，太陽能電池板給蓄電池充電，晚間自動點亮LED燈， （人體感應(yīng)，降低功耗）通過LED燈發(fā)光照亮道路。

  安裝時，盡量使得太陽板正面朝正南安裝；同時，調(diào)節(jié)燈頭與水平面的角度（參照下圖），保持當(dāng)?shù)氐木暥?一致最好，也要結(jié)合燈頭照在地面的情況。

1、選擇采光最佳的位置布置好燈桿。燈桿宜用高度5-7m，直徑50-90mm,壁厚大于 2.0mm的鐵桿或鋼桿；

2、打開包裝先清點部件是否齊全，包含的部件見下圖；

3、將一體燈具套入燈桿，使用專用的螺絲，確保燈具穩(wěn)固即可。

●.“一體燈”工作是不能離開陽光。請根據(jù)安裝地的日照強(qiáng)度或太陽能的年輻射總量來選擇合適的產(chǎn)品型號。                                         ●.“一體燈”選擇長壽命的鋰電池作為儲能元件。白天充電溫度-30°C～+60°C，低于-35°C時，控制系統(tǒng)將自動 停止充電以保護(hù)電池，在溫度回升到-35°以上時，則自動進(jìn)行充電（控制系統(tǒng)溫控是選配）.在夜晚放電的放電條 件為-30°C～+60°C，超出此范圍時將破壞電池的性能。選擇“一體燈”時請確認(rèn)的極端氣溫不會超過上述條件。                                                                                                        ●.“一體燈”的電池在充滿電后最長可存儲1年。如經(jīng)過長時間的運輸或存儲，需要及時進(jìn)行檢查，定期充電并記 錄。否則，將損壞電池。

●.如果是在北半球，安裝“一體燈”時，盡可能使太陽能電池板面朝南方，以獲取最大能量，如果安裝在南半 球，安裝時太陽能電池板朝向北方。同時需要避開房屋，樹木等障礙物的陰影，這會降低太陽能板的發(fā)電效率， 導(dǎo)致“一體燈”工作效率降低.

●.“一體燈”太陽能板表面的清潔程度也會影響太陽能電池板的發(fā)電效率。所以其表面（如灰塵，樹葉，油污 等）是需要被清潔的，建議定期用普通的清潔劑刷洗即可。

●.While installed in Northern Hemisphere, please make sure the surface of the solar panel to be facing the South to collect maximum sunshine radiation, While installed in Southern Hemisphere, please make sure the surface of the solar panel to be facing the North to collect maximum sunshine radiation. At the same tie please keep it away from any shadow of house, trees etc.
