General DescriptionLZC9205 is a high performance, current modePWM controller. It provides functions of lowstart-up current, fast start-up, fixed switchingfrequency. Those features make it to achievehigh efficiency and low standby power witheffective system cost.At heavy load, the LZC9205 operate in fixedswitching frequency. At light load condition, thesystem operates in green mode for highefficiency. And at zero load, the IC will operate inBURST mode to enhance power saving.The LZC9205 offers comprehensive protectionto prevent the circuit from damage underabnormal conditions. Furthermore, the LZC9205features frequency swapping and soft drivingfunction to minimize the noise and improve EMIperformance.The LZC9205 is offered in SOT23-6 package.Features? Internal Soft Start?
