某啤酒公司以大麥和大米為主要原料，輔以啤酒花和鮮酵母制造啤酒，年產(chǎn)啤酒10萬噸。廢水處理工程的設(shè)計規(guī)模為3500m?/d，合146m?/h。

二  處理工藝

1 生產(chǎn)工藝及水質(zhì)

廢水主要來源有：糖化車間的糖化、過濾洗滌水；發(fā)酵過程的發(fā)酵罐洗滌、過濾洗滌水；灌裝過程洗瓶、滅菌及破瓶啤酒；冷卻水和成品車間洗滌水等。

設(shè)計進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為：COD＝2500mg/L, BOD＝1800mg/L, SS＝400mg/L。

由于處理后的出水量最終排放的去向是城市污水管道，因此執(zhí)行《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB8978-1996）中的一級（新擴改）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，即：COD＜100mg/L, BOD＜20mg/L, SS＜20mg/L。

2  處理工藝

本工程廢水中屬高濃度有機廢水，可生化性好，適合采用生化處理。通過工藝的選擇比較設(shè)計中采用了厭氧UASB和好氧SBR的組合工藝。

針對廢水懸浮物較多的特點，采用格柵和固液分離機兩級預(yù)處理進(jìn)行去除，避免對后續(xù)UASB的影響。

3 工藝流程

本工程工藝流程

廢水先經(jīng)細(xì)格柵去除雜物后，經(jīng)固液分離機去除麥麩等大顆粒懸浮物，后進(jìn)入集水井，由潛污泵提升進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池，調(diào)節(jié)水量水質(zhì)后經(jīng)過二次提升進(jìn)入UASB反應(yīng)器。UASB反應(yīng)器處理后的出水進(jìn)入好氧SBR曝氣池，處理后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。設(shè)計中UASB前設(shè)有酸堿調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施。曝氣池產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥重力排入調(diào)節(jié)池，有調(diào)節(jié)池提升進(jìn)入?yún)捬醭�。從厭氧UASB池排出的剩余污泥進(jìn)入污泥濃縮池，經(jīng)濃縮后由帶式污泥脫水機進(jìn)行脫水處理。濃縮池的上清液和脫水機房清液流回集水井。脫水后的污泥外運填埋或經(jīng)堆肥等處理后制成生物有機肥。

4 主要設(shè)計參數(shù)

（1）       進(jìn)水格柵和固液分離機  設(shè)一道細(xì)格柵，柵條間隙5mm。固液分離機采用轉(zhuǎn)筒式，帶自動沖洗裝置。分離出固體廢棄物可以同生活垃圾一同處理。

（2）       集水井和調(diào)節(jié)池  集水井設(shè)有2臺潛污泵提升廢水進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池。調(diào)節(jié)池內(nèi)設(shè)有提升泵組，將廢水提升進(jìn)入UASB反應(yīng)器。調(diào)節(jié)池HRT=8h，有效容積1170m?，結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸22.0m×12.0m×5.0m。

（3）       UASB反應(yīng)器  有機負(fù)荷5.5kgCOD/(m?·d),有效容積1580m?，數(shù)量2座，單池尺寸?13.75m×5.65m，有效水深5.3m。設(shè)計去除效率COD85%、BOD85%、SS50%。

（4）       SBR反應(yīng)器  污泥負(fù)荷0.25kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)，有效容積1735m?，數(shù)量2座，單池尺寸?18.33m×4.65m，有效水深4.2m。選用膜片式微孔曝氣管300根，單管長2.2m。

（5）       鼓風(fēng)機  SBR曝氣的氣水比10:1.風(fēng)機選用SSR150型3臺，2用1備。單臺流量13.50m?/min，功率18.5Kw。

（6）       污泥處理系統(tǒng)  污泥處理系統(tǒng)包括濃縮池、污泥脫水機和加藥系統(tǒng)等。濕污泥產(chǎn)量140m?/d。污泥濃縮池停留時間18h，有效容積105m?，結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸：?6.0m×6.88m,有效水深6.38m。脫水機房選用帶式壓濾脫水機1臺，帶寬1m.

三技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)

本項目總體投資600萬元。運行電耗0.33（Kw·h）/m?廢水，直接運行費用為0.35元/m?廢水。
