INCO-WELDR 725NDUR焊絲 INCO-WELDR 725NDUR焊絲AWS A 5.14 ERNiCrMo-15保材質(zhì)
INCO-WELD 725NDUR焊絲其實就是具有時效強(qiáng)化能力的INCONEL 625填充金屬。焊后熱處理之后，其具有和INCONEL 625填充金屬一樣優(yōu)秀的耐蝕能力，并且具有更高的強(qiáng)度和硬度。油田應(yīng)用環(huán)境要求低合金鋼（例如AISI 4130）的應(yīng)力釋放溫度范圍和INCO-WELD 725NDUR填充金屬的時效強(qiáng)化溫度范圍是一致的。如果焊后退火之后接著進(jìn)行時效處理，有可能達(dá)到更高的強(qiáng)度。
這種焊絲可以用于熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊和鎢極氣體保護(hù)焊，可以獲得又強(qiáng)又硬的焊縫。
焊絲以線卷狀或直線狀供貨，有多種直徑以供選擇，具體參考下表：
