4~12頭防爆全自動稀釋劑灌裝生產(chǎn)線是國內(nèi)開發(fā)較早的一種新型灌裝產(chǎn)品，我公司也在很早就引進(jìn)了該設(shè)備來進(jìn)行灌裝生產(chǎn)，該設(shè)備適用于0.5-5L標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桶形，灌裝速度1800-2200桶/小時，精度±0.15%（0.5L-1L）±0.5%（1L-5L），從設(shè)備外觀就很容易看出改灌裝機的罐體比較高，在運行程序中加入了時間流量閥，就能簡單的對灌裝時間進(jìn)行簡單有效的控制。除此之外，該設(shè)備還配有直線四頭防爆自動灌裝機組防爆輸送鏈，防爆電控系統(tǒng)，氣路系統(tǒng)等。人性化的設(shè)計思想，是改系列產(chǎn)品暢銷國內(nèi)的主要原因之一。 4~12 head explosion-proof full automatic diluent filling production line is a new type of filling product developed earlier in China.
