introduction for use of thin-blade cutting creasing machine 分切機使用說明書（機械部分） introduction for use of cutting machine (mechanical part) 一、壓線輪和膠棍的間隙調(diào)整 i. adjustment on the clearance between creasing roller and rubber roller 說明：首先松開緊固調(diào)節(jié)杠螺絲，直接調(diào)整手輪，即可調(diào)整壓線輪下下壓痕距離。調(diào)好后，必須將緊固螺絲緊固，在正常工作中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)壓痕過深或過淺，可松開緊固螺絲，隨時調(diào)整兩輪距離。 note: firstly, looses the screw fastened the adjustment lever, and then adjusts the hand wheel directly to adjust the lower impress distance under the groove wheel.after adjustment, screw down the fastening screw and during the normal operation, if there is over deep or over shallow impress detected, loose the fastening screw and adjust the distance of two wheels at any time. （膠棍的調(diào)整方式完全不一樣，不一一敘述） (the adjustment modes of rubber roller are diversified, here not to illustrate one by one) 二、刀的調(diào)整： ii. adjustment of blade 說明：將鎖緊塊松開，用專用工具（配帶的）帶齒的扳手，插入齒條內(nèi)，左右移動，即可調(diào)整刀與刀之間的距離，調(diào)好后，必須將緊固螺絲緊固。 note: loosen the locked block and insert it to the rack with special tools (equipped), the wrench with gear, and move horizontally to adjust the distance between blades. after adjustment, it shall screw down the fastening screw. 將刀托恢復(fù)原狀，將刀托緊固，將刀刃下縫隙約3-4m/m即可。 recover the state of blade support, and fasten it, leaving about 3-4m/m to the lower seam of blade. 三、薄刀上下的調(diào)整： iii. adjustment of the thin blade vertically 說明：只將向上向下的兩個調(diào)整螺絲部松開，手握刀盤或擺桿，向上或向下移動即可，調(diào)整有效距離，定位后，必須將緊固螺絲緊固，如果不需要四把刀同時使用，只用其中的1-3把刀，可將其他刀抬至**點，然后將螺絲緊固。 note: loose the upper and lower two adjustment screws, move vertically by holding the cutter or rocking beam to adjust the effective distance. after positioning, screw down the fastening screw, if the four blades are not required simultaneously, and only one to three are necessary, lift the other blades to the top and then screw down the screws. 簿刀分切壓痕機使用說明書>; introduction for use of thin-blade cutting creasing machine 分切機使用說明書（電器部分） introduction for use of cutting machine (electrical part) 一、工作準備： i. preparation of work 將啟動掃鈕按下，主電機啟動，調(diào)速機開關(guān)扳至“on”位置，（紅色）指示燈亮，旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)器按鈕，調(diào)速表指示在600-800轉(zhuǎn)/分，（根據(jù)切紙情況而定）。定時薄刀開始旋轉(zhuǎn)，開始送紙板，準備工作，工作前必須手動磨刀，單機有手動磨刀和自動磨刀兩種形式。 press down the starting button and the main engine starts, pull the switch of governor to “on”, the "red” indicator lights, and rotate the button of transponder, and it indicates 600-800 turns/minute (define according to the condition of cutting paper).the timing thin blade rotates and delivers the paperboard. make preparation, and before work, the blade shall be sharpened manually, the single machine has manual sharpening and automatic sharpening two modes. 二、自動/手動磨刀準備： ii. preparation of automatic/manual sharpening 工作前先磨刀：將主機開關(guān)扳至“開”位置，電源指示燈亮，將磨刀開關(guān)扳至“開”位置，再踩腳踏開關(guān)即可磨刀，自動磨刀由時間繼電器控制，用戶可根據(jù)實際情況調(diào)節(jié)磨刀時間。 sharpening before work: pull the switch of main engine to “on” and the power indicator lights, pull the sharpening switch to “on” and step the foot pedal switch to start the sharpening. the automatic sharpening is controlled by the timing relay, and user can adjust the period of sharpening according to the practical situation. 三、工作結(jié)束：將調(diào)速器旋鈕調(diào)回“零”位置，調(diào)速器開關(guān)置“off”位置，按停止按鈕（紅色指示燈滅）電源關(guān)閉，整機停止工作，清理機器。 iii. ending of work: turn the button of regulator to “zero”, and the switch of regulator to “off”, press the stop button (the red indicator extinguishes) to shut down the power, and the whole machine stops, and then cleans the machine. 主機控制電源為380v三相四線制，氣動磨刀控制電源為220v。 the control power of the main engine is of three-phase four-wire system, and the power of pneumatic sharpening control is 220v. 簿刀分切壓痕機使用說明書>; introduction for use of thin-blade cutting creasing machine 磨刀器的調(diào)整說明 adjustment explanation of sharpener 整機由兩種調(diào)整方式來完成工作 the work of machine is completed with two modes. 一、縱向調(diào)整 i. vertical adjustment 它是由壓縮機壓縮空氣驅(qū)動汽缸活塞上下運動，運動的距離不超過3—5mm，如果超過此范圍就需要通過定鐵背面的兩個固定螺絲來調(diào)整。 it drives the cylinder piston vertically by the compressed air of compressor with the motion distance less than 3 to 5mm. if it is over the scope, adjust with the two fixed screws on the back of fixed iron. 二、橫向調(diào)整 ii. horizontal adjustment 它是由砂輪軸承套旁邊的兩個固定螺絲來進行調(diào)整，當砂輪和刀由于工作磨損造成間隙過大時，就需要進行橫向調(diào)整，動鐵做功時，砂輪作用在刀上，從砂輪邊沿向中心起3—5mm，附圖說明（同圖一）。 it is adjusted by the two fixed screws at the side of grinding wheel bearing holder. when the grinding wheel and blade are of large clearance due to working abrasion, the horizontal adjustment is required. when the moving iron works, the grinding wheel acts on the blade along the side of grinding wheel to the centre of 3 to 5mm, here explains it with the attached drawing (same with fig.1) 機器的保養(yǎng)maintenance of machine 1、軸承套定時加油，每月至少一次，傳動齒輪應(yīng)按時加油，以免受損。 1. lubrication of bearing holder shall be periodically, for one time every month. the driving gear shall be oiled on time for avoiding damage. 2、三聯(lián)體內(nèi)水霧氣，每班次至少放水一次，油應(yīng)保持在上限與下限之間，油液不足時，應(yīng)及時補充油液。 2. water fog of the triplet. out let water for one time at each shift, the oil shall be kept within the lower and upper limit, when the oil level is insufficient, supply the oil timely. 注：應(yīng)使用2.5—70e，22號汽輪機油。 note: the 2.5—70e, no.22 steam turbine oil shall be used. 簿刀分切壓痕機使用說明書>;
