1.1產(chǎn)品一般零部件、元器件失效，更換后即能恢復(fù)使用要求的，負(fù)責(zé)免費按期修復(fù)；
1.2產(chǎn)品主要零部件、元器件失效，不能按期修復(fù)的，負(fù)責(zé)更換同型號規(guī)格的合格產(chǎn)品；
1.3產(chǎn)品因設(shè)計、制造等原因造成主要功能不符合企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和合同規(guī)定的要求，客戶要求退貨時，收回產(chǎn)品，退回客戶貨款。
免責(zé)范圍
在質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，下列人為和不可抗力因素導(dǎo)致的產(chǎn)品故障不屬于免費維修、更換和退貨服務(wù)范圍：
2.1客戶使用不當(dāng)造成產(chǎn)品故障；
2.2客戶對產(chǎn)品自行修理和改裝；
2.3產(chǎn)品外觀嚴(yán)重破損變形，產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識丟失、無法識別產(chǎn)品來源；
2.4地震、水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、等自然災(zāi)害導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品損壞；
2.5其他人為因素
