Smartly connecting existing plants
Cloud applications are an important prerequisite for utilizing the benefits of digitalization in an industrial setting. With the Industrial IoT Gateways SIMATIC CloudConnect 7, even existing plants can be easily connected to a wide variety of cloud platforms that support the standardized MQTT protocol, such as to the MindSphere.
Simple data transfer to all common cloud platforms
The Industrial IoT Gateway SIMATIC CloudConnect 7 makes it possible to read data easily and reliably from S7-based devices and transfers them via the standardized MQTT protocol (according to OASIS-Standard V3.1/3.1.1) to different Cloud platforms like MindSphere, Microsoft Azure or IBM Cloud. The data management for existing S7 controllers can continue to be imported for quick and easy configuration.
The connection to cloud systems via Internet or communication can either be made via an existing network infrastructure or can be directly realized through the combination with the industrial routers SCALANCE M.
In addition, the data read from lower-level S7 stations by means of SIMATIC CloudConnect 7 can be made available as OPC UA variables (server). This enables standardized data exchange, for example with MES systems or HMI and third-party controllers.

要認(rèn)識(shí)和了解接地保護(hù)與接零保護(hù),掌握這兩種保護(hù)方式的不同點(diǎn)和使用范圍接地保護(hù)與接零保護(hù)統(tǒng)稱保護(hù)接地,是為了防止人身觸電事故、保證電氣設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行所采取的項(xiàng)重要技術(shù)措施。這兩種保護(hù)的不同點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面:一是保護(hù)原理不同。接地保護(hù)的基本原理是限制漏電設(shè)備對(duì)地的泄露電流,使其不超過(guò)某一安全范圍,一旦超過(guò)某一整定值保護(hù)器就能自動(dòng)切斷電源;接零保護(hù)的原理是借助接零線路,使設(shè)備在絕緣損壞后碰殼形成單相金屬性短路時(shí),利用短路電流促使線路上的保護(hù)裝置迅速動(dòng)作。二是適用范圍不同。根據(jù)負(fù)荷分布、負(fù)荷密度和負(fù)荷性質(zhì)等相關(guān)因素,《農(nóng)村低壓電力技術(shù)規(guī)程》將上述兩種電力網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的使用范圍進(jìn)行了劃分。TT系統(tǒng)通常適用于農(nóng)村公用低壓電力網(wǎng),該系統(tǒng)屬于保護(hù)接地中的接地保護(hù)方式·TN系統(tǒng)(TN系統(tǒng)又可分為T(mén)N-C、TN-C-S、 TN-S=種)主要適用于城鎮(zhèn)公用低壓電力網(wǎng)和廠礦企業(yè)等電力客戶的專用低壓電力網(wǎng),該系統(tǒng)屬于保護(hù)接地中的接零保護(hù)方式。當(dāng)前我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的低壓公用配電網(wǎng)絡(luò),通常采用的是TT或TN-C系統(tǒng),實(shí)行單相、三相混合供電方式。即三相四線制380/220V配電,同時(shí)向照明負(fù)載和動(dòng)力負(fù)載供電,三是線路結(jié)構(gòu)不同。接地保護(hù)系統(tǒng)只有相線和中性線,三相動(dòng)力負(fù)荷可以不需要中性線,只要確保設(shè)備良好接地就行了,系統(tǒng)中的中性線除電源中性點(diǎn)接地外,不得再有接地連接;接零保護(hù)系統(tǒng)要求無(wú)論什么情況,都必須確保保護(hù)中性線的存在,必要時(shí)還可以將保護(hù)中性線與接零保護(hù)線分開(kāi)架設(shè),同時(shí)系統(tǒng)中的保護(hù)中性線必須具有多處重復(fù)接地。
